RELM is a landscape architecture and urban practice based in Los Angeles.

Seen has been managing RELM’s Instagram + Linked In accounts since December 2018 in close collaboration with their leadership team.

Goals:

  • To increase followers.

  • To increase profile and website views.

  • To maintain a regular posting calendar.

  • To reinforce RELM’s founding tenets & distinctive visual communications style.

Method:

  • Seen built a management system from the ground up to ensure that content was being approve by leadership before anything was posted.

  • Seen adopted and managed a monthly content schedule.  

  • Seen created branded templates for posts and stories to ensure that graphic standards are followed.

  • Seen developed an authentic engagement strategy to drive new followers through outreach to industry leaders. (Liking, commenting, following)

  • Seen has driven an Instagram follower increase of 44% over a 12 month period.

  • Seen has stabilized and increased the frequency of posting by adopting and managing a monthly content schedule.  

  • Seen has increased monthly Instagram profile visits by 1183% for the year.  

  • Seen has increased monthly website views generated by the IG profile by 1633% for the year.
